My favourite department store is Attica. Attica, the department store, is the largest, most complete and up to date fashion department store in Greece. Attica has got clothes for men, women and children and a floor for cosmetics and accessories.The store has got 6 floors. If you ever go to Athens, don't miss it!!!!
The 6th High school opened in 1986. It caters for children aged 13-15 years old. There are 250 children attending the school. The school has got 15 classrooms , 10 classrooms for the basic lessons like Maths, Geography etc. and 5 other classrooms for Technology, Art, Science, I.T., and 1 classroom for kids who have eyesight problems. The school has got 2 courts, 1 for basketball and 1 for volleyball. My school has also got some after-school activities. Many of my classmates go with the geography club to different places and do some nice activities.
Music High School of Thessaloniki opened in 1990. It caters for children aged 13-18 years of age. There are about 430 boys and girls attending the school. It is the best school for music lovers or children who want to become musicians (as I do). In this school, you must learn two musical instruments-including the piano and an instrument that you choose. Music High School of Thessaloniki is in Pylaia and a school bus takes you there every morning. This school has got many Music Rooms and more than 1000 musical instruments. It has got 2 playgrounds, 1 volleyball court and 1 basketball court. It has also got a Computer Room, a Science Lab and a Drama Studio. It's a really great school!!
The 28th Primary School in Thessaloniki opened in 1952 and it caters for girls and boys aged 6-12 years old. There are around 220 children attending the school. It is set in the corner of Triandria and it has got 12 classrooms, a computer room, a gym, a library, 3 dining rooms, for those that their parents work and stay until the afternoon, a big playground and a canteen. It has also a small garden.
The 2nd Experimental Junior High School in Thessaloniki caters for boys and girls aged 12-15. There is a lab, a computer room, a theatre, a gym and a basketball court. There are about 150 students attending the school. The school is situated at the corner of Papafi and kleanthous streets. There are some clubs after school. Let me name a few :
