Stefania: Could I have a chocolate ice cream please?
Waitress: OK. Would you like a drink?
Stefania: Yes , I would like a coca cola please
Waitress: Can I get you something else?
Stefania: Yes, could I have a bottle of mineral water?
Waitress: Certainly.That's 7$ altogether.
Stefania: Here you are
